You're right. Hmm, maybe I was just lucky not to have problems. Maybe my
VPS was on the server that did not have many customers.

Anyway, I'm currently using Hetzner dedicated, and I can assure that
works fine. Cheapest dedicated is about 29euro/month. If you are outside
EU, that's 19% less, because of VAT deduction. I haven't tried their VPS
though.
