Morning Robert,
command line, but I've not yet used 2.5, (or written the manual!) so I'm
not 100% sure. However, I think you need:
gbak -r C:\data\MY.GBK C:\data\MY.FDB -fix_fss_metadata -user SYSDBA
-password masterkey
Type gbak at the prompt to get a list of the correct usage.
