Show big message, asking local DBA to change the password.
This is not only the easiest way to go, but (what is more important)
the only reliable and safe way.
Imagine that you are DBA and at one "happy" day you have found out
that some idiotic software changed _your_ password on _your_ server, so
you can't access it any more.
