Actually, the BLR was gone. When distributing the DB to users, I
intentionally delete the Procedure source code.
I think Dmitry hit the nail. This user has been having subtle computer
problems. I have a routine that backs up the DB whenever the application
is closed and every 15 times it does a backup and restore (this is a
desktop application, using embedded). It happened during the last
restore. Something happened during that restore. Typically the user
leaves his computer on, but hibernating and does not turn it off.
