You can use ISQL to execute queries. FlameRobin would give you with a
graphical interface and some helpers...

You can use any report generator that could access a RDBMS trough ODBC
(ADO, etc.)

Firebird is a RDBMS, it gives you simple tools to query the database, if
you wish some pretty reports, you will need 3rd party software

I could suggest Crystal Reports, Pentaho, Tableau, Jasper Reports, Birt...
