Alan is correct.
The idea would be to change to Firebird and solve the problems of
using MS Access in a multi-user setup on a network I guess - in a
vastly improved way. You probably know there is no doubt that Firebird
is vastly superior with a good support network and many add-ons
available.
There are, however, a number of utilities around that can help with
transferring the raw data and make a pretty good guess at keys etc.
Look on google for "convert mdb to firebird"
