page size = database page size

..and...

page buffers
DefaultDbCachePages

They are same thing. Number of pages fb will keep in it's cache.
DefaultDbCachePages (set in firebird.conf) is the default number of cache
pages used for all database/connections when database specific "page
buffers" is not defined (=ZERO) and connection page buffers is also not set
(rarelly used but also possible)
