Check out the first 2 downloads. I've got an x64 system running on a
Vista64 machine here. I don't know if you need a 64 bit version of
windows to get the 64 bit compiler. The notes say that the 64 bit
compiler is not included with VS Express, but I'm compiling 64 bit
versions of PHP and the like without a problem ;)
