I get this same problem on every Vista machine, and every XP machine
which has IIS installed (not sure what the connection is with IIS, maybe
a higher level of security..)

Never quite got to the bottom of it, I have simply changed my default
connection string to use localhost: now.

(Using 1.5.x superserver, I think fb 2.1 might not have this issue)
