Is it just me being ignorant here? If not, then perhaps this could be a
valid feature request for FB - to gracefully handle a changed hostname,
at least on Windows where that's probably expected.

I just think that at least with Windows, it's usually safe to change the
hostname without risking services to go berserk. I have never heard of
or observed anything else.
Is it just me being ignorant here? If not, then perhaps this could be a
valid feature request for FB - to gracefully handle a changed hostname,
at least on Windows where that's probably expected.
