By the way, the SuperServer's rpm, downloaded from
http://www.dqteam.com/fb2/ is not suitable for replacing of 2.1.2
release, because it does not go into /opt/firebird and prints a lot of
warnings during the installation (about absent system account "serg", etc.)

So I've downloaded tar.gz instead, crossed my fingers and just copied
the bin directory over the 2.1.2 release. It has tamed the crashes, but
I have not found any traces that FirebirdSS-2.1.2.18126-0.i686.tar.gz
was built for NPTL.

Please advise how to patch the bug correctly.
