As far as I know, if you bought the book directly from IBPhoenix, you
are already entitled to the supplement. If you bought the book
elsewhere, you can buy the supplement from IBPhoenix and that entitles
you also to updated versions of the supplement.

"Updates to the Supplement will appear periodically, as Firebird 2.x
progresses through the planned sub-releases, for free download by
rightful holders of a preceding version, so keep your proof of purchase."
