In CVS, you can download {cvsroot}\firebird2\doc\sql.extensions\README.keywords from the relevant tagged branch for the release you are interested in. It's not "definitive" though, since it is maintained - retrospectively - by humans. Keyword changes have been known to slide in under the radar after tagging and be missed in documentation.
