You're best bet is re-creating the database from a script and
transferring the data.

Database Workbench ( www.upscene.com ) supports both
databases systems, it also has a special "Schema Migrator"
tool that converts the metadata for you.

Alternatively, use the command line tools that come with both
and check everything by hand.
