I only give the sysdba password to very few people of my clients who manage
the users on the system.

they should all be using their own usernames - not the owner. I NEVER give
the DB owner username or password to anyone.

Ask Thomas Steinmaurer (here on the list) for his migrator tool. It's alsasy
worked as designed for me.
