For @Ann W Harrison
  in step C, I try delete record at table RDB$Segmen_index where have Field Index_name='SUMBILL1'. Because at My Table SUMBILL is corrupted (Inconsistency...Bug Check..). and i locate every table system (RDB$..) have a record SUMBILL1 (Sumbill1 is Name Index at table SUMBILL) then i delete that record.
 
after that i try to Gfix again... and then i do Backup and restore.
And then I Create table SUmbill and index name again.
It Work..
But... after 1 day... Error Again but Not Corrupted (Inconsisten...Bug Check...).
 
Have some Idea ??? ASAP...
 
Thanks to All Firebird Community for The Idea and Solutiuon.. This Important to me...
