No, it's a MIME fault with the IBPhoenix server. If you don't have GetRight or similar then you need to do this:

Click

brings up the index for that dir,

click on the subdir HOWTO-TPZ205-R

then RIGHT CLICK on HOWTO-TPZ205-R.zip and select "Save as..."
