Hi..Helen
i made a backup with -b and -t options changing gbak 2 by 1.5 in bin folder as sugested in another thread, finaly i could start to restore this backup under firebird 1.5 (in other PC).
But i getting this mesage in the last line..i think it´s almost there¡ OK maybe..
gbak:
ERROR: invalid request BLR at offset 21
gbak:
ERROR: BLR syntax error: expected
TABLE at offset 21, encountered 67
gbak:
Exiting before completion due to errors
i´m trying to mount this database on a PC with firebird 1.5

Nobody said anything about using the v.1.5 gbak (under whatever server) to restore a 2.1 backup.
