i am agree.. Connetion time out.. Your Application need to Quit. and run your application again..
Any idea if Connection TimeOut, Application can to be cntinued without Quit Program application ???
i am already to try connect aggain in my application if connection time out.. but still failed..

FWIW...

10060 is a connection timeout (WSAETIMEDOUT) because the remote host did not respond. In all likelihood, port 3050 is still blocked (on one side or the other).

Remember, BOTH systems need the firewall turned off.
