If you want to use more than one CPU/core, then you should use Classic Server (where this setting does not have an effect).

If you really want to try this out (and possibly get problems), think binary: CPU4CPU3CPU2CPU1: 0001 = 1; 0010 = 2; 0011 = 3; 0100 = 4; 1000 = 8; 1111 = 15
