are your soft versions exaclty the same of André that initiate this
trhead? and the hardware? same RAM? are you trying 64 connections on a
unique FDB or on more?

Are you sure this is not a Windows license limitation?
I´m not well know of firebird connections, but know that for shared
folders concurrent connections you need license
Goto Control Panel -> Administration Tools -> Licensing

Can you take a look in eventLog for see if there are a more accurate
msg of the error?
