Anyone? Bueller? I believe it's called forced-writes in Firebird.

Is write-through on Linux supported for 2.1.1, or is the fix in 2.5?
In the fixed version, if writing to a data-journaled ext3 filesystem,
does the write return after the journal is written or does it wait until
the data is moved from the journal?
