If so, AFAIU, this is about client sockets (used for events for instance).
This report/fix is not related to a missing/broken *server* functionality.

In this case, unless you have FB guardian stoping 'keep alive' feature to
work properly -- as already stated by Helen -- those "zombies" should not
live more than the time configured for your OS 'keep alive' setting. --
please, correct me if i'm wrong!
