These DLLs are installed into the Windows\WinSxS folder so the Windows
Update service can replace them (when they find a bug or security
issue). If we could just use the libraries that Firebird has
originally been compiled against, everything would be a LOT easier and
more straightforward (= as it has been up to Firebird 2.0, just copy
some files and everything is OK).
