But I suppose this was made by modifying from database properties and not
with datapump into new database created with dialect 3.

To be sure I would make a new database dialect 3 from metadata and export
all data as sql script (ibexpert or fbexport) and run on new database!

But did you gfix the original dialect from 1 to 3? Or was it always 3?
