The author of that software was Simon Carter, who was an enthusiastic Firebird user and supporter until a couple of years ago when he sold Tect Software and joined the UK Police force. He was still around for some time, using simon.carter AT tectsoft DOT com...(note, com, not net)....have you tried that?
