Hi Fidel, well, the version of firebird is 2.0 SuperServer 32 bit, because there are no Firebird for windows 64bit. Also the version of windows are 32 bits. However we tried the two types of Firebird, Classic and SuperServer, and we have the same problem.

Hi Arnulfo,

In order for people to be able to help you, you have to provide a
little more information. Are you installing the 32-bit version of the
Firebird on your 64-bit server? Are you using Classic Server or Super
Server? Etc, etc....

If you don't provide enough information, people will not be able to
help you here, and won't even take the time to answer to your
questions.
