As you might already be aware "there is no way to achieve 100% accuracy in
remote process because communications are in between processes". This is the
basement of Networking in IT, so you could not possibly have a database
server using a remote process (the network) doing part of the job. So,
whatever process includes communications between 2 or more "processes" will
for sure, at one point in time, fail.
