It will help a lot if FB developers can add this fix to the last stable
FB version 2.1.1, because it is a problem if we want to build a self
extracting EXE file for installing Firebird + our application, and then
this same EXE must do database definition; FB will search not the INTL
files on this same EXE path, but this EXE file is alone.
