I have Firebird 2.1.x x32 running on a VPS (Ubuntu 8.04 x64) at
slicehost.com. No problems installing or using. I would imagine it
wouldn't be a problem on a Windows VPS. I *highly* recommend
slicehost, but they're currently Linux-only.
