Grrr, you went to the right place but Apress have put a very ancient sample script pack there and have overwritten my proper source pack (their page 1856) with the source pack for someone else's book.

I've uploaded the pack to http://www.ibphoenix.com/~hborrie for now. Right-click on any files you want to download and choose Save As...

I will have to chase the Apress web people.
