The network people has now upped a timeout value. The previous value
was 1 hour, it is now set to 4 hours.
It still seems "strange" because reports have been of connections
terminated at around 15 minutes. Maybe the users weren't 100%
correct... - we'll see. The good thing is that the problem has not
been observed since the timeout was changed.
