You're right - the table in question does not have a constraint of
primary key, and having added it, the query now runs in IBOConsole.
The table used a defined unique index to control uniqueness rather
than a PK constraint.

We still have one other query that fails in the same way, but this one
is for a table which does have a primary key constraint. I'll try
dropping them and regenerating them to see if I can cure it.
