It appears that setting FIREBIRD_TMP explicitly fixes the problem.
But using TMP or TEMP seems to have problems. The offending path in
the TMP/TEMP/TMPDIR/INTERBASE_TMP environment variables is:

C:\Program Files\Tableau\Tableau Server\data\tabsvc\temp

We�re seeing firebird trying to write sort files as:

C:\Program Files\Tableau\Tableau\fb_sort_XXXXXX
