Not sure if it will help you, a few years ago I wrote a program called
FBHook (https://sourceforge.net/projects/fbutils), this logs all calls
to fbclient.dll or gds32.dll. you could look at the log to see when a
transaction starts and ends and all the sql that is being sent for the
transaction. This is for fb v1.* only.
