not sure you can tell anything worthwhile from this.
I'd like my DB server to use as much CPU as it wants/needs
I don't see your useage topping-out and staying there. It jumps back again
which sort of says to me that it's doing a great job.
If it went to 100% and got stuck there for minutes at a time, I'd be
concerned that I was asking more of the CPU than it can handle.
