Ok, understood now... (need to get my english better... ;-) yeah, you're
right ... he should update to latest version (or at least the 7.08 version)

I see why you're suspicious about IBX, but as far as I've tested with my App
and with IBConsole (also build with IBX), IBX still do a good job working
with FB 2+ (thanks to FB concern on compatibity with it's "older" versions,
for sure)
