It's not. There is a Firebird 2.0 supplement for The Firebird Book
available from the IBPhoenix site (in eBook format only), with free
updates for 2.1 as they come to hand. If you buy TFB from IBPhoenix
they won't charge you for the Supplements. :-) The next whole
edition will be for Firebird 3, when the shape of Firebird will be
sufficiently different to make it worth writing (and buying) another
book (only on the drawing board at present...no deadline yet)
