Thank you Jiri.

You are right, that's the problem. Computer is still starting when my
users open their application, so Firebird 2.0.1 is not completely
initialized and this error occurs.

They only must restart computer (it's not necessary to reinstall
Firebird 2.0.1). I will say them to wait a minute before start
application after computer start-up.
