1) Your OS (guessing Windows because you call it a service)
2) Classic or Superserver
3) Firebird version.
4) The error code and any message
5) Contents of Firebird.log from the relevant day
6) The exact operation you are trying to perform when the failure occurs.

Also, please do not expect any assistance unless you provide at the
very least the basic information that someone else would require to
identify

1) What you are using
2) What you are trying to do
3) What happenned

'Terminating abnormally' doesn't really help much without an error
message.
