Simplest way is to log in into yout tool (IBExpert,DBWorkbench) with your
user an create an empty database.That user will be owner of database. After
that you could use DataPump to migrate your data, or simple extract
metatdata and run that script in your new database.

About the owner. How do you change the owner of the database.
I have found a script that works on system tables that seems to be ok
until I try to do back-up/restore. The restored database does not grant
my user acces to the stored procedures.
Changing the owner via backup - restore wasn`t succesful either. Just
point me to the right direction.
