OK, then the problem is that you've got uncollected garbage. You'll
need to figure out why that one database has transactions that stay open
for a long time. The gstat output you gave us was from your pc with a
copy of database. Obviously, the offending long transaction didn't get
copied, so the stats looked fine. They won't be fine at the client
location.
