Yes, I read that, but I do not understand it :-)
Why, for example, would someone want "cooperative" in SS? Would this make
have the possibility of making your SELECTs slower, wasn't "background"
supposed
to fix this in SS?
All in all, I'm wondering what the benefits are of cooperative garbage
collection
(I do know that the server can be too busy for the background thread to
garbage
collect, I believe, but what else? When does it become coop and when
background?
