Hi,
Database Workbench can do both MS SQL Server and Firebird and
it has, frankly, the most precise Stored Procedure Debugger available.
You should know that Firebird does not have a server side debugger
interface, so developer tools emulate the server behaviour.
MS SQL source even and restart :-)
