I believe Superserver already locks it down to CPU 0 (it does on
Windows anyway). You can use CPUAffinity setting in Firebird.conf to
control which CPU, but current versions of Superserver can't do SMP
anyway so to force it to use multiple CPUs is futile (and on Windows
even counter productive, although Linux I believe is a bit smarter).
