somewhere...even if you think you never did it, you might used some
tool that performs this for you.

Well, I generated a ddl file for the whole database (including
everything like procedures, views and triggers) using Database
Workbench, and performed a text search for the term 'plan' on it.
With, like I mentioned, no results...
