A little addition to this: the problem even occurs when I restore a
'metadata only' backup of the database, using the -m switch with the
backup command.
Now I suppose a metadata-only backup is just another way of storing
the ddl for the database. But the ddl for the database does not
contain the word 'plan' at all. So is this a bug? I really hope
someone can help me.
