You do have garbage sitting in there, for any updates, deletes or
rollbacks there might have been during the lives of the last million
or so transactions. I don't know how normal that might be for
you...and I don't *know* of any correlation between excessive
uncollected garbage and blowing the page pointer structure, given the
new limits...
