Hi,
a database file when the server isn't running (no access to the database).
Yes, you can change ownership of the database by doing a backup
with SYSDBA/current owner and a "restore" with the new owner.
However, the objects inside your database will keep the old owner
(the user that created those objects).
At Upscene, we have developed a tool that automates changing
owership of your database (objects), if you'd like a copy, send
