The error message quotes a Firebird error code, so TRAK.exe was able
to connect.

Important bit:

> unavailable database

In other words, TRAK.exe connected to the Firebird server, but the
Firebird server was unable to open the database. This could be a
number of reasons; file missing; wrong security; trying to connect to
a database through a windows share or subst drive.
